Cambourne Community
Cambourne is a completely new settlement which will ultimately be home to some 12,000-15,000 people living in approximately 4,250 homes. A large variety of homes are being built, from one bedroom apartments to five bedroom detached houses.

Cambourne has a vast array of facilities available for residents to enjoy. The Parish Council is responsible for looking after many of these including the allotments, community centre (The Hub) sports pitches, tennis courts and Multi Use Games Area, bowling green, cricket pitches and pavilion.
For younger residents there are several play areas, a skateboard park and youth centre.
