MediaTek expanding to Cambourne Business Park, Cambridge

At Cambourne Business Park, Aviva Investors have let part of Building 2030 to technology company MediaTek. MediaTek has taken the entire ground floor, comprising 15,969 sq.ft. (1,484 sq m) on a lease for a term of 10 years. The company is a leading fabless semiconductor developer for wireless communications and digital media solutions. Aviva Investors were advised by Savills and DTZ. Barker Storey Matthews represented MediaTek.
Simultaneously, Aviva Investors have completed the letting of 6,800 sq ft
(632 sq.m) of the first floor in the same building to another R&D occupier at a rent of £19.50 per sq ft.
